I have worked for Randolph County Schools for eight years and this is my ninth. I started at Wheatmore High School as an Exceptional Children's teacher and made a transition to physical education. For a year, I worked with the Exceptional Children's program at County Office as the Adapted Physical Education Specialist. This is my third year at Braxton and I love the culture, staff, students, and community. I have realized that I truly love being in one school making a day-to-day change in student's lives.

I have been married to my husband, Adam Duncan, since 2013. We have a 3 year old daughter, Haydin Sue, who is the light of our lives. We love to travel to the beach and to the mountains. I coach Women's Club Lacrosse at High Point University.

I love to laugh and make learning fun! School should be an enjoyable experience for every student.
