Mrs. Neeves plays a vital role in the daily success of students at BCS. She assists the students and faculty in a variety of ways, including:

  • providing whole class guidance activities as needed
  • speaking one on one with EVERY student in a mini conference twice a year
  • offering small group guidance on specific areas of need, or small group conflict mediation
  • assisting students with a range of needs that indirectly affect academics such as clothing and school supply needs, bully intervention, or social skills
  • assisting with registration for upcoming 6th graders and current 6th graders moving up to 7th grade
  • offering support, suggestions, and access to outside resources for parents and teachers as they work to meet each student's needs
  • being a great listener for those times when students, parents, or faculty just need a kind ear

If you feel that you could benefit from a service that the BCS Guidance Office provides, please contact Mrs. Neeves by either calling, emailing, or dropping a note in her door.
